This year’s entrance test was for applicants to pre-engineering and the first-year bachelor’s programme in Economics and Management.

Dear applicants,

Now that you know you are eligible for admission to Mapon University, please arrange payment of your registration fee (20$) at TMB Bank to account number 1273-2793583-02-68/USD, under the name Université Mapon frais académiques.

Confirmation of registration requires submission of a paper academic file (no electronic submission) to the University Registrar’s Office upon arrival in Kindu. It must include:

1. Registration form duly completed, available from the Registrar’s Office on presentation of proof of registration fee payment;
2. A copy of the State diploma certified as a true copy, or equivalent an original pass certificate or a certified extract from the official results publication;
3. Copies of school reports for the 5^th and 6^th years of secondary school;
4. Four passport-style photographs, including one stapled to the registration form;
5. Certificate of good conduct, character and morals ; Certificate of physical fitness ; Birth certificate
6. Copy of an identity card.
7. Copy of the receipt for registration fee payment.

Note: the documents in item 5 must be originals issued within the last three months.

Place all documents in a slide-binder folder and submit them to the Central Registrar’s Office on arrival in Kindu.

As the academic year begins on 14 December 2020, please begin making arrangements to travel to Kindu with your academic file.

Fees payable for 2020–2021 are as follows:

• Registration fees : 20$
• Tuition fees :
• for the Faculty of Engineering: USD 700 payable in three instalments;
• for the Faculty of Economics: USD 500 payable in three instalments.
• Laboratory fees : 50$, for the Faculty of Engineering and 10$ for the Faculty of Economics.
• of exExamination fees : USD 10 per examinationsession
• Accommodation (optional): 300$, at USD 30 per month payable in two instalments.

All these fees must be paid at TMB Bank into the account named Université Mapon frais académiques :1273-2793583-02-68/USD.
