In the presence of new Rector Professor Dr Engineer Jimmy Kalenga Kaunde Kasongo, Mapon Foundation legal expert Hector Lubamba gave a conference on the ethics and professional conduct charter. It covers fundamental principles, rights and duties of lecturers, students, administrative and technical staff, responsibility for implementation, and general provisions.
He explained that the Mapon Foundation seeks to protect its staff, institution and reputation through zero tolerance of all public or private, active or passive corruption.
Following the presentation, students discussed the charter with the legal expert and requested further explanations.
