Mapon University informs parents and recent and previous State diploma holders in Kindu and elsewhere that the 2022–2023 academic year will begin on Monday 19 December 2022 at 8 am sharp. A final registration campaign is therefore open for late applicants.
Applicants for the Engineering preparatory year or first-year Economics may register at the Central Registrar’s Office. Those elsewhere may travel directly to Kindu or register on the official website www.universitemapon.ac.cd.
Admission is confirmed by paying USD 20 to account No. 1273-2793583-02-68/USD under the name Université Mapon/Frais académiques. An internal orientation test will determine faculty choice.
Special-entry applications are assessed through a file submitted to the Central Registrar’s Office.
Tuition fees for incoming cohorts, payable in three instalments, are USD 500 for the preparatory year and USD 400 for first-year Economics. For students wishing to live in the residence, annual accommodation fees are USD 300, payable in two instalments. All fees are paid to the same account.

Note: an annual performance scholarship is awarded to students achieving at least 70% in the first or second examination session. It covers tuition, accommodation and meals for the year.
