Mapon University and the Mapon Foundation are pleased to announce a conference on: “Advanced technology as a tool for progress”.
The conference is scheduled for 13–14 November 2019 in Kindu, Maniema, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
This annual conference has three aims: (i) renew scientific debate and interest in fundamental and applied research into new technologies; (ii) review technological developments in mining and geology, electricity, computing, mechanics and biomedical engineering; and (iii) raise national and international awareness of appropriate uses of new technology.
Invited speakers, including professors, researchers and practitioners in science and technology, will come from the DRC, the United States and Canada.
