rationale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mapon University, <\/strong>an innovative institution in Kindu, Maniema, DRC, focuses on technology, independent learning and interdisciplinary technological research directed towards innovation.<\/p>\n<p>To meet its laboratory staffing needs, Mapon University is recruiting <strong>five (05) laboratory technicians.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the laboratory;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Welcome and support students;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Organise and maintain laboratory equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Explore topics and enrich them through interest-based learning;<\/li>\n<li>Select and use teaching and assessment procedures, experiments or methods suited to the subjects and students\u2019 interests and knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bac+3 or Bac+4 qualification at engineering technician level, or a bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial or civil engineering<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other required qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Good character and relevant experience;<\/li>\n<li>A strong work ethic;<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work location<\/strong>\u00a0: Kindu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working pattern:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract: <\/strong>Permanent contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application file:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Covering letter;<\/li>\n<li>Certified copies of qualifications, diplomas
